What this person is saying is that you will never win if you are always angry. For example if you are on a team and all you think about is winning for you yell at people if they mess up or do something wrong than you are never going to win a single game because you are constantly angry. In order for you to win or succeed in something you need to have a positive attitude. You need to always be happy and joyful because that’s what will make you a winner in life.
