What Noemi is saying is pretty straight foward in order to be a champion in life you have to be a great person. If you arent a good person yourself than you cant be a champion of life because you will be choosing the wrong all the time and you will eventually land in a place where you dont want to be. In order to be a good person you need to choose the right 100% of the time. Always think positive thoughts never negative thoughts. If you think positive you will be a positive person and if you think negative you will be a negative person.
